Course

Fast, downhill course; USATF certified. Course: start at N. Fillmore Street & Wilson Boulevard; onto Route 110; turnaround near Memorial Bridge (5K) or just past Pentagon (10K); finish in Rosslyn at North Kent.

Kids Dash will occur in the Virginia Hospital Center zone next to Pacers of Arlington (Clarendon). Kids Dash will begin approximately 10:30am. All participants in the Kids Dash will receive a finisher's ribbon.

Timing

This event will utilize IPICO timing tags. IPICO timing tags are durable, recyclable tags. You must use the tag assigned to you and have attached to your shoe. No chip = no time. Our timing tags are recyclable; you may keep your tag, return at the finish, or recycle at any Pacers Running Store.

Weather and Safety Policy

You should not enter or attempt to run in this race unless you are properly trained for hot and humid conditions. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the race organizers, as advised by the Arlington County Police and Fire/EMS Departments, reserve the right to cancel the race or run it as an untimed "Fun Run" without advance notice. Post Race Party!

Enjoy post-race fare compliments of Whole Foods and the Clarendon Alliance. The awards ceremony will take place at or around 10:45am at the main stage on Highland near the METRO. Results will be posted at Pacers Running Stores. Location of post-race party will be at one of Clarendon's finest establishments; venue TBD.

Frequently Asked Questions

May I pick up a packet for friends or family?
Yes, you may pick up a packet for someone else. Please just alert them that you will be picking up their packet.

May I register during packet pick up?
Yes, you can as space permits. We accept check, cash, and credit card.

Can I defer my registration to another Pacers Event?
No. Transfers from one Pacers event to another Pacers event is not allowed.

May I wear headphones during the run?
Yes, however, you are responsible for being aware of your surroundings.

May I run with a stroller?
Runners with strollers are responsible for maintaining control of their stroller and must be considerate of others around them. Please start in the back.

May I run with my dog?
Pets are not allowed in the race, but gentle ones are welcome to watch.

Will there be a water stop?
Yes! Runners will pass twice.

What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for this event. We also do not accept transfers or deferments for this event.

Is there a baggage drop?
Yes, a baggage drop will be open 7:30am-9:00am and will be manned by volunteers. The event is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please pick up your items by 11:00am. Any items left after 11:00am will be transferred to Pacers of Arlington and available for pick up. Any items not claimed two weeks after the event will be donated to charity or discarded.

Is there a time cutoff for the event?
You must be able to finish the course in 2 hours.
